1.The philosophy
The club philosophy is primarily one of fair sportsmanship, football skills and teamwork and above all fun and the love for the game. Intershenzhen FC is a culturally diverse football team, which makes for a dynamic experience on and off the pitch. Therefore anyone from abroad China is welcome to join our club regardless of race, religion, nationality & ethnic origin. Intershenzhen FC is a club that’s been created by expats and is being targeted for expats based in Shenzhen.
After playing 8 years without real fixtures, April 2009 is the inauguration of this Internal Policy, to be updated without notice, and every players of Intershenzhen FC are committed to follow the bellows.
2.Group Posting Rules
There is no restricted rules about posting. Intershenzhen is a free to use, open and transparent online community for Football players in Shenzhen. Members can post whatever they want on the website and are thus responsible for such posts and its consequences.
3.Training time
Trainings are not at fix places nor at fix time but take usually place once a week.
4.Fees
There is no member fee to join the Club.
However every player showing up on a session would be required to pay for their participation and agree to do so regardless the amount requested by the organizer at that time.
5.Exclusion/ Ban
Will be banned from the team or excluded, temporarily or definitively from the team, players who do not follow the general spirit of the team. Managers will have the rights, after concertize to take the final decision about a player regularly fighting, cursing, complaining, or just disturbing in any way the good football of Intershenzhen FC.
Intershenzhen is a multi-cultural Football Club, racism of any form will not be tolerate.
6.Association
Intershenzhen FC is not a registered association. Intershenzhen FC is a non-profit organization; nobody is allowed to use the club to raise profit.
7.External Events
Intershenzhen FC is not an event company. No one can use Intershenzhen FC to promote it owns party without the prior permission from Managers.
